This year we’ll take a deeper look at applied building science strategies for high performance enclosures and mechanical systems that deliver healthy, comfortable, durable homes. The program will be led by Emily Mottram of Mottram Architecture, a leading designer and building science educator, and Nikki Krueger of Santa Fe Dehumidifiers, a seasoned indoor air quality expert and certified energy rater.

They will be joined by Alexis Minniti of Building Knowledge Canada, an expert in energy modeling, building science research, and carbon reporting. Alexis will connect the dots – discussing how modeling can be leveraged to assess the impact of potential solutions and identify incremental changes to meet performance goals and advanced codes over the next 1, 5, 7 years.
