Justin Wilson, a founding partner of Construction Instruction, has extensive hands-on experience working with national and regional builders on new construction and renovations of residential and commercials buildings sites all over North America. Industry know-how combined with a background in mechanical engineering and physics gives him great insight to find efficient solutions to problems in the building processes that affect energy, comfort, and durability.

Mark has dedicated over 30 years to the building industry. Through his lectures, site assistance, Building Better Homes video series and his mobile App, he provides builders, architects and manufacturers with an in-depth look at the current and future state of housing. His work has earned him a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Energy and Environmental Building Alliance (EEBA), where he developed the highly acclaimed Houses that Work lecture series. The HTW Series has been delivered for over 16 years by the Ci team in 100’s of North American cities.
His passion for educating lies in knowing how vital the building industry is. Building healthy, safe, durable and efficient homes has an effect on the buyer, the builder, the economy and the planet.

Gord is a professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in the low and high-rise residential building industry. As an educator, industry consultant and much sought after presenter, Gord has a unique talent for taking the building science issues that he sees in the field, and presenting them in an easily understood and practical real-world manner. Gord has particular expertise in applied building science, energy efficient housing initiatives, innovative HVAC systems, ventilation and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). He has developed and delivered a multitude of workshops in these fields, as well as sales and marketing courses for builders and real estate agents to help them best promote the features and benefits of high performance houses.

With an broad background as a builder, building science trainer, HVAC and energy modeling professional for 30+ years , Andrew brings a real-life practicality to building science principles and their in-field applications. An engaging speaker and industry recognized leader, Andrew and the BKC team works with over 350+ builder clients across N. America . As a recognized building science trainer by the government of Canada-Office of Energy Efficiency, Building Science Specialist (University of Toronto), and HVAC designer (HRAI), Andrew is working closely with the development of the new National Building Code of Canada: 2020 Proposed tiered energy code(net zero ready) -Standing Committee on Energy Efficiency in Housing and Building, the re-development of ASHRAE 90.2 SSPC Energy efficiency standard for low-rise residential buildings. 90.2 and many advanced building programs (i.e. ENERGY STAR®, Net Zero Hometm, LEED for HomesTM V4, etc.) across North America.
